Clicks IT Recruitment – Harrington Park NSW
This is a unique role that supports a transport and fleet management software platform, not end-user devices. I’m looking for someone who understands transport operations and fleet maintenance and enjoys solving operational problems using software.
This position provides customer and technical support for a specialised SaaS platform used to manage fleet maintenance, servicing, compliance (NHVR), and asset management. You will support customers via phone and Zendesk, troubleshoot system and data issues, assist with onboarding and data imports, and work closely with the development team to investigate bugs and system issues.

This is an opportunity to become a specialist in a niche transport technology platform, working closely with customers and developers and building valuable SaaS and industry experience. If you understand fleet maintenance or transport operations and want to move into a software/SaaS support environment, this role will make you a valued specialist, not just another support person.
