Our Munitions teams in Benalla and Mulwala produce propellants, explosives and munitions for defence and commercial uses. With ongoing investment into research and development, we produce some of the world's most high‐performing guided weapons and explosive ordnance systems. YOUR ROLE

\n

\n
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team with focus on safety and compliance
\n
• Coordinate maintenance and IWT activities and resources to achieve production targets, asset reliability and contractual commitments
\n
• Drive HSE compliance and asset management best practices across maintenance and IWT operations, and contractor activities
\n
• Manage maintenance systems and planning processes
\n
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives, incident investigations and corrective actions to enhance operational outcomes
\n

Your Experience

\n

\n
• Trade or Engineering qualification with significant maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial or similarly complex environment
\n
• Proven experience leading teams and delivering maintenance programs
\n
• Strong understanding of safety, compliance and reliability methodologies
\n
• Demonstrated ability to lead change, influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement initiatives
\n
• Experience using CMMS platforms and Microsoft Office
\n

A Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.
