Bearspace is a growing architecture and design practice based in Brisbane, working across a diverse mix of commercial, education, community, workplace and other projects.
As the practice enters an exciting new stage of growth, including a new partnership that will broaden its architectural capability and project portfolio, we are seeking a Registered Architect, Senior Architect or Associate to join the team.
This is an opportunity to work across projects of varying scale, from smaller projects where you can take genuine ownership through to larger and more complex projects, while continuing to develop your leadership, client and commercial capability.
Bearspace is a boutique architecture and design studio focused on creating thoughtful, functional environments that connect people and enhance experience.
The studio works collaboratively across the full project lifecycle, giving the team exposure from early concept and design development through to documentation, approvals, construction and delivery.
Through a new architectural partnership, Bearspace is expanding its capability and creating broader opportunities across commercial, education and community projects.
This diversity provides the opportunity to work across different project scales, sectors and design challenges.
We are open to shaping this role based on experience, with opportunities from Registered Architect through to Associate level.
This role offers a strong pathway for progression, whether you are stepping into greater project leadership or looking to continue developing toward Associate and broader practice leadership.
We are seeking a Registered Architect who:
You may currently be working as an Architect, Senior Architect, Senior Project Architect or Associate.
You do not need to already have extensive business development experience. For someone interested in developing this capability, there will be opportunities to build client relationships, grow your network and become increasingly involved in the growth of the practice.
