Reporting to the Pharmacie's wonderful Retail Manager, you'll play a key role in leading our retail team, driving store performance and creating an exceptional experience for our customers every day.

About the Role

As our Pharmacy Retail Supervisor, you'll support the Retail Manager in the daily operation of the store while helping to lead and inspire the retail team.

Hours 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service
• Supporting and motivating team members to achieve their best
• Assisting with staff training, coaching and development through one-on-one catch ups
• Supporting retail operations and daily workflow management
• Ensuring merchandising displays and promotional activity are executed to a high standard
• Assisting with inventory management, stock presentation and replenishment
• Helping achieve sales and performance targets
• Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Creating a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture
• Managing QSPP for the pharmacy (Pharmacy related standards audit process)

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• Previous retail experience, ideally within pharmacy, health, or a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience in a supervisor, team leader or senior retail role
• Outstanding customer service skills
• A passion for developing and supporting others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A positive, solutions-focused attitude
• A willingness to learn, grow and contribute to team success

Pharmacy experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
