Join a highly regarded global investment firm as an Executive Assistant supporting a Managing Director and Director within a high-performing Sydney team. This is a fast-paced, high-intensity EA role where complex calendar management is at the heart of the position. Supporting senior executives alongside a broader team of 3-4 VPs and Associates, you will be managing diaries that are constantly changing, shifting priorities and last-minute requests.
You will thrive in this environment if you are highly responsive, calm under pressure and naturally one step ahead. This is not a role for someone who needs every day to look the same.
