## Director of Solutions DevelopmentApply: Australia - Remote: Full time: Posted Today: End Date: November 1, 2026 (30+ days left to apply): JR102599As **Director of Solutions Development**, you will be a senior solutions expert within our **Global Solutions team**, supporting APAC and the wider region in shaping **end-to-end automation and intralogistics solutions** for complex customer operations. You will work closely with customers and commercial teams to understand their operations, use cases, and business needs, and define how AutoStore fits within the broader warehouse solution.

This is a **senior** **individual contributor** role with significant influence across the region and globally. You will support complex, high-value opportunities, bring market and customer insight into our solutions and product roadmap, and act as a trusted technical and commercial advisor to customers, partners, and regional teams.**Key Tasks and Responsibilities*** Work **directly with customers, partners, and regional commercial teams** to understand operational challenges and develop end-to-end automation and intralogistics solutions, positioning AutoStore within the wider warehouse ecosystem.* Support **complex, high-value opportunities**, bringing technical and commercial expertise to solution architecture, operational analysis, business cases, and ROI discussions.* Build a deep understanding of **adjacent technologies and solutions** across the warehouse, identifying how they complement or interact with AutoStore and applying this knowledge to customer use cases.* Act as a senior **Global Solutions expert,** bringing customer, market, and technology insights back to Product, Strategy, Commercial, and other teams to influence solution development and the AutoStore roadmap.* Help **elevate the capabilities of our Solutions teams** by sharing expertise, developing solution standards and best practices, and providing technical guidance and training to regional teams and partners.**Key Qualifications*** **15+ years of experience in commercial, solutions, or customer-facing roles**, with a strong track record supporting complex, high-value opportunities and strategic customers.* Strong domain expertise in **automation, robotics, or intralogistics**, with a deep understanding of **end-to-end warehouse solutions**, material flows, system integration, and technologies beyond AS/RS.* Proven experience developing and supporting **complex automation solutions and high-value opportunities**, combining technical understanding with strong commercial judgement.* Solid track record of **engaging and influencing senior and executive stakeholders**, building trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal commercial teams.* Ability to operate as a **senior subject matter expert and individual contributor**, **influencing** Solutions, Commercial, Product, and Engineering teams and helping raise the overall solutions capability.**We offer:*** A **Collaborative & Inclusive Culture** where we celebrate and value everyone's contributions, encouraging diverse perspectives in decision-making.* **Work-Life Balance & Well-being**: prioritizing your mental and physical well-being.* **A Creative and Safe Workplace** by joining a company experiencing rapid growth, with the stability of being Norway's first unicorn listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.* **International and Supportive Environment within a Norwegian multinational** that values collaboration and innovation with a structured onboarding plan and career opportunities within the company**This role is ideally based at our Sydney office in Australia, but we are open to candidates located across the APAC region.****Application deadline: October 31st.
