About the Role

\n

Caring hub is looking for a motivated and people-focused NDIS Support Coordinator to join our team in Hamlyn Terrace.

\n

This casual role is ideal for a relationship-focused individual who enjoys connecting with NDIS professionals and supporting participants to access the services and supports that best meet their needs.

\n

The role will focus on participant engagement, referral development, client acquisition and onboarding, while ensuring all interactions are professional, ethical and aligned with NDIS requirements.

\n

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, LACs, allied health professionals and other NDIS stakeholders.
\n
• Develop referral networks and identify opportunities to connect participants with Caring hub services.
\n
• Support participant enquiries, intake and onboarding.
\n
• Build positive relationships with participants, families and support networks.
\n
• Clearly communicate Caring hub's services and support options.
\n
• Maintain accurate participant and stakeholder records.
\n
• Ensure participant choice, privacy, consent and professional boundaries are respected.
\n
• Follow the NDIS Code of Conduct and relevant safeguarding requirements.
\n
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure a smooth participant onboarding experience.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n

• Experience in NDIS, disability, community services or client engagement.
\n
• Strong relationships or networks within the NDIS sector.
\n
• Experience in referrals, participant acquisition or client onboarding.
\n
• Excellent communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Good understanding of NDIS, participant choice, privacy and safeguarding.
\n
• Professional, reliable and participant-focused approach.
\n
• Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\n
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and other required checks, where applicable.
\n
• Relevant qualification or industry experience is desirable.
\n
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport, where required.
\n
