As Senior Graphic Designer, you'll sit inside the marketing team producing work across digital, social, eCommerce, retail, packaging and campaign, turning brand strategy into assets that actually land on shelf, in-feed and in-store. You'll report to the Head of Marketing, taking concepts from brief through to final, production-ready artwork.
Success looks like work that doesn't need a second glance before it goes out, polished, on-brand and ready for wherever it's landing, whether that's a retailer spec sheet, a paid social ad or a product carton. It's turning briefs around with speed and precision, catching the details others miss and being someone the team can hand a project to and trust to deliver.
You've got 5+ years under your belt in a graphic/ digital design role within beauty, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands, and you've built real things with your own hands: brand assets, campaign creative, packaging, digital execution, not just tidied up someone else's file.
You're advanced in Adobe Creative Cloud and comfortable in Figma, you understand what it takes to get artwork production-ready for print and you've got a solid eye for packaging and NPD work. Exposure to 3D rendering or retail asset production is a bonus, not a requirement.
You're organised, you don't let quality slip when things get busy and you're just as comfortable taking direction as you are bringing your own ideas to the table. You collaborate well, and you're looking to keep growing inside a brand that's genuinely going places.
