An Australian registered Specialist Urologist with an ongoing commitment to excellence is looking for an experienced Practice clinic manager to lead an established specialist surgical practice.
A great opportunity to lead a team of friendly and motivated staff and supporting a Urologist in offering the highest level of patient care.
This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring smooth patient care, efficient practice systems and a positive workplace culture.
You will oversee the operational management of the practice including:
The successful candidate will be proactive and responsible for providing professional management of the day to day business
Managing/overseeing bookings and scheduling
Overseeing the banking, reconciling patient accounts
Professional when liaising with patients and staff
Diary management
Leading the practice with integrity, passion and drive
Identifying and implementing quality practice improvement
A growth mindset and an interest in Business Development to further grow the practice over time
Previous experience in Private specialist rooms is essential.
Practice medical software - Genie/Gentu experience is highly desirable
Previous experience working in a Urology Practice is desirable, but not essential
Location: North Sydney
Annual Salary based on: $50 per hour (depending on experience) plus super contribution
