We have exciting opportunities available across our Royal Park, College Park, Mile End, Modbury, Noarlunga and Elizabeth stores, with full-time or part-time positions available for the right candidates.

You don’t have to be a bike expert – we will train you!

About 99 Bikes

About The Role:

We’re looking for hard-working, high achievers with can-do attitudes to join our team as a Sales Consultant.

\n

• Customer Service - Serve as a customer champion, helping customers by recommending the bikes and accessories for all types of riding styles to deliver on our vision to be The World’s Most Approachable Bike Shops
\n
• No bike expertise required! We provide full on-the-job training and access to our in-house Leadership Academy.
\n
• This is an active job - you’ll take a hands-on role in keeping the store running seamlessly. From managing inventory, receiving stock, merchandising - backed by comprehensive, safe manual-handling training.
\n

About You:

• Key qualities - strong team player, relationship builder, and customer-focused.

• Demonstrated and proven achievement in any field – These could be personal goals, sporting, educational or work-related.

• A track record of success in past sales or customer service roles in any industry is advantageous but not essential.

• Good communication skills and demonstrated success in developing and maintaining good relationships with workmates and clients.

• A history demonstrating honesty and reliability.
