We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated and enthusiasticEHS Administrator to join the Alstom team and provide essential administrativeand coordination support to the EHS function.

Responsibilities

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking tokick-start their career in Environment, Health & Safety while gainingvaluable hands-on experience within a major rail project environment.

Working closely with the EHS team, you will provideadministrative and coordination support, helping to maintain strong safetystandards, accurate records and effective EHS processes across the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conductsite inductions for contractors and support onboarding requirements.
  • Completedata entry into EHS systems and prepare reports for the EHS Manager.
  • Maintainand update action registers arising from hazards, audits and incidents.
  • Followup with action owners regarding progress and agreed completion timeframes.
  • Prepareand update safety communications, posters and site materials.
  • Print,laminate and distribute EHS documentation and communications as required.
  • Maintainsite registers, including LOTO registers, ensuring information remains accurateand up to date.
  • Supportthe Drug & Alcohol (D&A) testing process in coordination with theexternal provider.
  • Providegeneral administrative support to the EHS team and assist with safetyinitiatives as required.

Your Profile

We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, motivated andeager to learn, with a genuine interest in developing a career.

You will ideally have:

  • Strongattention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
  • Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills.
  • Theability to confidently communicate with contractors and site personnel.
  • Strongtime-management and organisational skills.
  • Apositive, team-oriented approach and willingness to learn.
  • Previousadministration or site-based experience will be highly regarded, but enthusiasmand the right attitude are equally important.
