You’ll be representing JD Sports and making sure every customer walks out having had a great experience.

What We're Looking For

  • A customer-obsessed mindset that prioritises customer's needs in everything you do
  • Confidence to make genuine connections with customers and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Skilled at delivering results in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment
  • Availability to work across our busiest period, including weekends, late nights, weekdays, public holidays, and the Christmas season

What You'll Do At Jd

  • Put the customer first by delivering fast, friendly, and engaging service that makes people want to come back
  • Show up with a can-do attitude, ready to take on any task and support your team to hit shared goals
  • Communicate confidently with customers and teammates in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Represent the JD brand with pride by staying across the latest products, trends, and promotions
