\nAbout the role \n
\n

As the Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for a customer, including members of the public and Victorian community. You will professionally handle information requests and ensure that issues and enquiries are resolved promptly and thoroughly. This position is responsible for the daily customer service tasks involved in providing an oustanding camping experience at the Point Nepean Discovery Tents. Your daily tasks may include checking in and checking out of campers, attending to camper's questions and requests, providing information to campers regarding the National Park, Flora, Fauna, History, Culture, and the range of services and activities available to them.

This role supports the Commercial Team Leader in providing front-line visitor support at Point Nepean National Park and may be requitred to support all commercial operations, commercial activations and events including customer service, campground operation, cleaning and basic maintenance resposibilities, visitor experience, liaising with key stakeholders, event support, and administrative tasks.

We are very lucky to be working amongst the history, culture and nature of the magnificent Point Nepean National Park and Quarantine Station. Our job is to ensure that all of our campers and park visitors appreciate and enjoy the experience as much as we do, and to ensure they have an amazing camping experience.
