About the Opportunity
John Paul College is one of Queensland's largest independent co-educational schools, providing a seamless learning journey from Early Learning to Year 12 across our 33-hectare campus in Daisy Hill.
We are seeking an Assistant Accountant/Finance Officer to join our Finance team, reporting to the Financial Controller via the Senior Accountant. This is a hands-on bookkeeping and accounting support role, ideal for someone who enjoys accurate, methodical processing work and is happy to be a flexible backup across our key finance functions, including payroll, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Formal accounting qualifications are desirable but not essential. We are open to full-time or part-time (0.8 FTE) arrangements, worked across 4 or 5 days per week.
