Seeking an experienced, service-oriented Butler/Staff Coordinator to manage daily operations at an Official Residence (CMR). This role blends the polished standards of professional butler service with administrative, procurement, and staff-coordination duties. The incumbent serves as the primary point of contact for the Principal Officer and spouse on all household and residence matters; the Principal Officer and spouse retain direct supervisory authority over private residence staff.
The position involves regular interaction with senior and foreign government officials, diplomats, and distinguished guests. Successful candidates must demonstrate exceptional discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment in a politically sensitive, high-visibility environment.
Total Compensation Package: $91,275 (includes 12% superannuation)
This role requires flexibility to work irregular hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays in support of official residence functions.
