eCommerce Lead

We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Lead to join a fast-paced and commercially focused retail business.

This is an exciting opportunity for a natural leader who is passionate about digital commerce, customer experience and using data to drive strong commercial outcomes.

You will take ownership of day-to-day eCommerce trading across website and app channels, working across international markets to continuously improve performance, conversion and the overall digital customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

As the eCommerce Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day trading and optimisation of the website and app, identifying opportunities to improve performance and delivering seamless online customer experiences.

Own the trading performance and daily management of website and app channels across key international markets.

Support the development of the global eCommerce trade calendar, ensuring major product launches, promotions and campaigns are effectively represented across international websites.

Monitor digital performance daily, identifying opportunities and risks and providing clear insights and actions to drive eCommerce trade.

Lead the day-to-day management and optimisation of website and app platforms.

Ensure merchandising, search initiatives and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies are implemented effectively and aligned with business objectives.

Provide recommendations and new ideas to improve website experience, customer retention, product performance and profitability.

Work closely with technical teams to implement website improvements and developments, ensuring projects are delivered accurately and on time.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including Creative, IT, UX, Planning, Customer Service and external agencies.

Lead, manage and develop a small team of direct reports.

Contribute to additional projects and initiatives as required to improve operational efficiency and eCommerce performance.

What We’re Looking For

You are a commercially minded eCommerce professional who combines strong analytical and project management skills with a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences.

5+ years' experience in eCommerce, ideally within fashion, retail or beauty.

Strong Shopify experience.

Proven experience in commercial trading, eCommerce merchandising and conversion rate optimisation.

Experience working across international teams and markets is highly desirable.

Previous experience managing and developing a small team.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience using GA4, merchandising platforms, analytics tools and product information management (PIM) systems.

Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate data and insights into practical actions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
