What You'll Be Doing

• Consultative Client Guidance: Build genuine rapport with clients, guiding them warmly and professionally through every stage of their custom build journey.

• Bespoke Design & Sales: Work closely with clients to tailor custom home solutions, floor plan adjustments, and house-and-land options that suit their lifestyle and block.

• Detail-Oriented Proposals: Prepare accurate preliminary pricing, site assessments, and sales documentation with meticulous attention to detail.

• Proactive Lead & Pipeline Management: Manage and follow up on incoming enquiries promptly, nurturing leads through to contract signing.

• Industry & Local Networking: Build positive relationships with local land developers, real estate agents, and local networks across Adelaide Inner South.

What You'll Bring

• Engaging & Warm Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to make clients feel instantly supported, comfortable, and confident.

• Meticulous Attention to Detail: High precision when working through plans, pricing, procedures, and client contracts.

• High Motivation & Drive: A proactive, self-motivated mindset dedicated to hitting sales targets and delivering an outstanding client experience.

• Sales or Building Experience: Prior sales experience (residential building or real estate experience is highly regarded) with a strong passion for property and home design.

• Flexibility & Mobility: Willingness to work a 5-day schedule (including Saturday mornings as needed), holding a valid Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.
