A family-owned business, we source premium materials from around the world, manufacture locally in Sydney, and install our rugs, runners and carpets in homes and commercial spaces across Australia.

With thriving Galleries in Paddington, Cammeray, Eastgardens and Armadale, we're looking for an organised, hands-on Warehouse Coordinator to help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role \n

Based in our Eastgardens warehouse, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting our sales, production, warehousing and installation teams.

\n

This is a highly varied position that combines team coordination, stock management, production scheduling and logistics. You'll be the person who keeps everything moving, ensuring customer orders are completed accurately, on time, and to the high standards our brand is known for.

Key Responsibilities \n

\n
• Coordinate the daily activities of a small warehouse and production team, including general hands, carpet binders and installers.
\n
• Oversee the preparation and production of custom rugs, stock rugs and wall-to-wall carpet orders.
\n
• Schedule and coordinate transfers between our four showroom locations.
\n
• Organise customer deliveries and installation logistics.
\n
• Monitor stock levels, material usage and inventory accuracy.
\n
• Maintain clear and accurate records using our internal systems.
\n
• Liaise closely with our sales team to prioritise work and manage production schedules.
\n
• Assist with container unloads and general warehouse operations when required.
\n
• Identify and resolve workflow issues to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer outcomes.
\n

What We're Looking For \n

A Few Things to Know \n

Hours are generally 7:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday , with some flexibility depending on delivery and container schedules.

\n

The role is based primarily in our Eastgardens warehouse.

\n

This is not a heavy-labour role. While there is some hands-on involvement, the primary focus is organisation, coordination and workflow management.

\n
