About the role

We are seeking a part-time Administration/Office Support professional to join our team at our Bendigo, VIC office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexible, rewarding work that keeps our operations running smoothly. As Administration/Office Support, you will be the backbone of our office environment, providing essential administrative and clerical support to ensure our business functions efficiently. This part-time position offers the flexibility to balance work and personal commitments whilst contributing meaningfully to a dynamic, growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

Managing general office administration tasks, including scheduling, filing, and data entry

Providing support to various departments by handling correspondence, emails and telephone enquiries

Preparing and maintaining office documentation, records, and databases

Assisting with customer service functions and enquiries as needed

Assisting with scheduling for the field team

Ordering and managing office supplies and equipment

Supporting the reception area and greeting visitors

Assisting with ad hoc administrative projects and tasks as assigned

What we're looking for

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally within a service-based industry

Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy

Attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative work

Professional demeanour and a customer-focused approach

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Flexibility and adaptability in a growing business environment

Experience with CRM systems or database management is desirable

A genuine interest in renewable energy or sustainability is an advantage
