We’re looking for a new patient superstar to join our friendly, supportive team as a Treatment Coordinator at our specialist orthodontic practice.
This is an exciting role where you’ll train in the clinic to fully understand our treatments and technology, giving you the confidence to guide patients through their smile journey.
Full-time (9 days a fortnight) must be available Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Rostered hours: 7:45am – 5:15pm
Based mainly in Pakenham and Mulgrave, with occasional travel to Warragul. Applicants must be able to travel to all three locations.

Train in the clinic to understand treatments, appliances, and patient flow
Respond to new patient enquiries and WOW them from the first “hello”
Conduct engaging new patient consultations alongside our Orthodontist
Present treatment plans and discuss payment options with confidence
Act as the key liaison between patients and the practice
Nurture leads through our CRM and help drive practice growth
Cover front office and administration duties when required
Support marketing and community engagement initiatives
Warm, empathetic, and confident with people
Organised, detail-oriented, and thrives in a busy, patient-focused environment
Curious and eager to learn, asks “why” and “how”
Comfortable discussing pricing and payment plans
Attention to detail - Answer this question in your cover letter: “What has to be broken before you can use it?”
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems
Experience in dental, reception, customer service, or sales (orthodontic experience is a bonus!)
Train with an internationally recognised orthodontist (Southeast Victoria’s largest Invisalign provider)
