Join our dynamic team at Davey Motor Group, a leading Japanese vehicle importer. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Administration Officer to support our operations. Full time preferred however part time work available for the right candidate.
Professional appearance and aptitude
Greeting and serving customers
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including data entry, entering supplier invoices and Sales Orders, responding to emails and daily reconciliation.
Organize and maintain files and records, both digital and physical.
Preparation of reports, and other documents.
Provide support to the Sales and Accounts Team.
Experience where possible as an administrative assistant, office administrator, or similar role.
Provide logistical coordination and support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Ability to thrive in the role and company
Davey Motor Group is a Leading importer of Japanese vehicles. We source new and used cars from the Japanese market that haven't been available in Australia from new.
We operate a Car Yard in Geelong and Warrnambol plus a Service and roadworthy centre at our Breakwater Location.
