Join the National 360 team in Ballarat as an Occupational Therapist! We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who wants to grow, learn, and make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, whether that’s mental health, paediatrics, aged care, assistive technology, home modifications or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
• Enjoy flexibility in setting your appointments, working from home and joining the team in the Ballarat office.
• Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work‑life balance.
• Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, behaviour support practitioners, early childhood practitioners, speech pathologists, and physiotherapists dedicated to making a real community impact.
• Use your skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Take part in team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and enjoy a positive workplace culture.

About You

• You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and hold or have applied for AHPRA registration.
• You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
• Whether you’re just starting your career or have years of experience, we welcome applicants with an interest in community, private, or acute settings.
• You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.
• You have or are willing to obtain NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check.
