Please note, this position is available in the Gladstone and Rockhampton regions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to share your perspectives to help shape and progress TIQ now and into the future. Reporting to the Manager, Trade Services, North, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain effective networks, consult, negotiate and liaise with key stakeholders to deliver export advisory services, and assist export ready businesses grow internationally.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

• Demonstrated ability to contribute to the formulation of strategic priorities then support these with purposeful and systematic actions.
\n
• Extensive experience in a trade and investment related role, with the ability to identify investment and export opportunities for Queensland.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and implement change in a client facing environment.
\n
• High level analytical skills and business acumen to manage complex problems and develop effective solutions.
\n
• Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and has a high level of resilience while operating in a high-pressured environment with competing priorities.
