We’re looking for an experienced Area Manager to provide strategic leadership across our venues, driving operational excellence, commercial performance and outstanding guest experiences.
\n
This is a hands on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast paced hospitality environment and has a passion for building high performing teams and exceptional venue cultures.
About the Role \n
A family owned business, you’ll oversee the operational performance of five venues, ensuring consistency, profitability and service excellence across every aspect of the business.
\n
You will work closely with Venue Managers and support teams to strengthen leadership capability, improve systems and processes, and deliver memorable guest experiences that keep customers coming back.
