Rackley Swimming Lutwyche is looking for energetic, people-focused Customer Service & Pool Lifeguard team members to join us.
This is a true multi-skilled aquatic role. You won’t spend every shift behind a reception desk or every shift on the pool deck. You’ll work across both Customer Service and Pool Lifeguarding, helping us create a safe, welcoming and genuinely great experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
We also have opportunities across other nearby Brisbane venues, so there’s scope for variety and additional shifts.

Our Customer Service team plays an active role in customer engagement, enquiries, transactions, memberships, problem solving and creating a positive experience throughout the venue.
We’re not only looking for people to fill shifts.

If you’ve got leadership potential, good judgement, initiative and the confidence to take ownership, there may be an opportunity to upskill and develop towards a Duty Manager role.

Previous customer service experience is preferred, but we're equally interested in finding people with the right attitude, energy and potential. The position also calls for strong communication, relationship-building, organisation and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
