We’re looking for a Certificate III Educator to join our team at Naremburn Early Learning Centre in a permanent, full-time position.
We know educators have plenty of choices about where they work. For us, creating a great workplace isn’t about promising that every day will be perfect - it’s about making sure our educators feel supported, valued and equipped to do their job well.
We’re a privately owned and operated early learning centre with six spacious learning rooms, two beautiful natural outdoor play spaces and an established team of educators and leaders.

We want educators who contribute to our centre, bring their own strengths and ideas to the team, build genuine relationships with children and families, and continue growing alongside us.

Of course, qualifications are important - but the person joining our team matters too.
We’re looking for someone who is warm, reliable and genuinely enjoys working with children. Someone who wants to be part of a team rather than simply fill a position.
You will need:
A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an approved equivalent
A current NSW Working With Children Check
Full Australian working rights
Availability to work permanent full-time hours
A genuine commitment to children's learning, wellbeing and safety
A positive and collaborative approach to working with children, families and your fellow educators
