Bend + Mend is a well-established, highly regarded Physiotherapy and Pilates practice in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. Established in 2003, we have built a strong reputation for providing high-quality, patient-focused care across Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional and friendly Part-Time Receptionist / Administration team member to join our tight-knit team of Physiotherapists and Front Office staff.

\n

The Position \n

We are offering a permanent part-time position of approximately 15-20 hours per week , based at our Martin Place clinic.

\n

Reception coverage is shared between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday , with no weekend work .

\n

The role offers flexibility around hours and provides the opportunity to develop your administration and customer service skills within a professional healthcare environment.

What You’ll Be Doing \n

As a Receptionist, your primary focus will be making sure every patient feels welcomed, valued and well cared for from the moment they contact us.

\n

Your responsibilities will include:

\n

\n
• Warmly welcoming and assisting patients
\n
• Providing friendly and professional face-to-face, telephone and email communication
\n
• Managing appointments, including making and amending bookings
\n
• Processing payments through EFTPOS and HICAPS
\n
• Maintaining accurate patient and customer records
\n
• Assisting with general administration and banking
\n
• Ordering and maintaining office supplies
\n
• Helping to maintain a welcoming, organised reception and office environment
\n
• Supporting our Partners, Physiotherapists and wider team as required
\n

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A friendly and professional telephone manner
\n
• Strong computer and IT skills
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
\n
• The ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
\n
• The confidence to work independently while also being a strong team player
\n
• A professional and well-presented manner
\n
• Previous reception, administration or customer service experience
\n
• Healthcare or Physiotherapy reception experience is advantageous, but personality, attitude and a genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service are just as important to us.
