About You

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about sales, loves dealing with people and is motivated by achieving results.

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous automotive sales experience, preferably in new vehicle sales
• A genuine passion for Hyundai and the automotive industry
• A proven ability to build rapport and develop long-term customer relationships
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• A professional, positive and customer-first attitude
• A strong work ethic and desire to achieve and exceed targets
• Excellent follow-up and lead management skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• The ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team
• A current manual driver’s licence – essential
• The right to work in Australia

About the Role

As a Hyundai Sales Consultant at Bartons Capalaba, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving your individual and team sales targets.

Your day will include:

• Welcoming and engaging customers in the showroom and online
• Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right Hyundai vehicle
• Presenting the Hyundai range, including features, technology, safety and ownership benefits
• Conducting professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Managing enquiries and following up leads through to sale
• Building strong relationships with customers throughout the entire buying journey
• Working with our finance and management teams to deliver a seamless purchase experience
• Maintaining accurate customer and sales records
• Staying up to date with Hyundai products, campaigns and industry trends
• Achieving monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets
• Creating customers for life and turning them into Bartons advocates
