We work collaboratively across sectors and regions to strengthen Baringa’s reputation, create meaningful client engagement and support the firm’s growth.

About Our International Marketing Team

Baringa is headquartered in London, with continued growth across Europe, the US, Asia and Australia. As our international presence grows, we are strengthening our ability to deliver globally aligned, locally relevant marketing. You will work closely with regional Partners and Directors, along with colleagues across the Clients & Marketing team (primarily based in the UK). You will have the autonomy to shape local recommendations and progress agreed activity, while working within Baringa’s global brand, governance and investment frameworks. Much of our work in the region supports organisations in the energy and resources sector.

What you will be doing

  • Plan and deliver client events, roundtables, networks and corporate hospitality programmes.
  • Build Baringa’s profile through relevant industry events, conferences, sponsorships and speaking opportunities.
  • Manage local website and social media content, media relations and PR activity where required.

Stakeholder and supplier management

  • Build trusted relationships with Partners, Directors and sector teams across the region.
  • Work with global marketing colleagues to adapt global campaigns and content for local audiences and ensure regional perspectives inform global planning.
  • Manage agencies, industry partnerships and third‑party suppliers to deliver high‑quality work and maximise value.

Measurement and team contribution

  • Set appropriate measures of success and report regularly on marketing activity, outcomes and commercial contribution.
  • Keep key stakeholders informed of priorities, progress, results and upcoming opportunities.
  • Raise the visibility and understanding of marketing activity across the region.
  • Contribute to the continued development of Baringa’s global Clients & Marketing function by sharing insight, ideas and good practice.

Support the development of Baringa’s Clients & Marketing function, collaborating with colleagues in the Function and in the wider business to create a world‑class team, and showcasing the value of marketing to the business.
