If you’re a Process or Production Engineer who enjoys being close to the equipment, solving real manufacturing challenges, improving production performance and working alongside operators and maintenance teams, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
Good People HR is partnering with an innovative Food & Pharmaceutical FMCG manufacturer in Melbourne to find a hands‑on engineer who can make a genuine impact across production operations.
This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day. We’re looking for an engineer who enjoys being involved; walking the floor, understanding the equipment, troubleshooting issues, improving processes, installation work and delivering practical solutions.
Reporting into the manufacturing team, you will play a key role in improving production efficiency, supporting equipment performance and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
You’re a hands on, practical, curious and solutions-focused engineer who enjoys being where the action happens and likes being on the tools.
