We're now hiring a Part-Time Coach & Sales Lead to help drive performance, accountability and studio growth.

This is a part-time role inside a premium, high-energy studio, with a clear path to full-time for the right person. We're looking to start someone ASAP.

The Role

You will:

• Coach 15–20 hours of high-level sessions each week

• Own the in-studio sales process from trial to sign-up

• Help drive consistent membership growth

• Look after new members through their first 90 days

• Deliver a high standard of coaching and member experience

Part-time doesn't mean part-effort. Sales and retention are part of the job, not optional extras.

The Schedule

• Part-time, 20–25 hours per week

• Mix of early morning and afternoon/evening shifts

• Alternate Saturday mornings

• Tuesday availability essential
