Therefore, we are excited to invite applications for a Casual front office Receptionist/All Rounder to join our friendly team.
This role involves all aspects of front office reception, including providing friendly, personalised customer service in responding to accommodation enquiries, promoting the business to achieve accommodation/conference/function sales, processing reservations and ensuring full and accurate data capture, assisting corporate and leisure guests (eg check in, explaining hotel facilities and location, check out), and ensuring the smooth running of the front office reception desk as well as assisting when required with conferences and functions (bookings, set up, pack down, customer service).

Rotating shift basis including weekdays and weekends. Approximately 20 hour per week on offer with opportunities for additional hours as they become available.
