This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality food services that support the wellbeing of our patients and caregivers within a caring and supportive environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation, cooking and serving, and delivery of meals in accordance with Room Service menus, production schedules, and food safety standards.

You will ensure all food is prepared using standardised recipes approved by the Catering Department and Dietitian, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene.

Preferred experience with Al-carte service.
