What you’ll build with us: \n

Hands-on and high visibility, this seat sits at the heart of KICK's marketing engine. Steer a talented crew to create bold, boundary pushing work for campaigns, launches and big moments. Partner with Design, Product and Partnerships to take new features from brief to localised content that lands in every market. Work directly with the major networks and be on the ground for the biggest events in live entertainment. We know that innovation ignites when we build and create together, in person. This is a full-time opportunity at our Melbourne office. You’ll work right where it all happens, surrounded by our fearless crew shipping high-impact work.

The impact you’ll make: \n

\n
• Own the brand's content strategy and output metrics
\n
• Manage and develop five Content Coordinators across the English, Arabic, Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish markets
\n
• Ideate, storyboard and produce content - spanning Hero content for go-to market moments, Hub content that taps into what's trending and Help content that answers the questions people are already asking
\n
• Protect brand reputation and apply KICK's tone of voice consistently
\n
• Maintain and adhere to the Marketing Calendar and cover online and offline events
\n
• Meet service level agreements when supporting broader marketing activity
\n
• Produce team and business reporting that improves performance
\n

Your track record: \n

\n
• 5+ years experience managing social media for consumer brands
\n
• Work that demonstrates a strong command of the Adobe Suite, particularly editing, effects, colour grading and audio mixing
\n
• Experience that demonstrates an ability to clarify briefs, manage expectations and resolve challenges
\n
• A viewer or creator of streams
\n
• Respect for both the art and science social media algorithms demand
\n

• A functional command of adjacent software such as Figma
\n
• Experience working in a fast moving technology company
\n
• An understanding of the nuances of localisation
\n
• The ability to travel outside Australia
\n
