In this exciting, customer-facing role, you'll be a trusted hero to new parents and caregivers, helping them safely install car seats and ensuring every journey is a safe one.

A busy store in a major Eastern Perth hub, providing a dynamic retail environment and the chance to assist a diverse customer base. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of products and customer needs.

Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time

Roster: Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm Friday 9:00am-5:00pm Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm

What We're Looking For:

\n

• No experience required! If you're physically fit, can climb in and out of customer cars with ease, and have the ability to work with small clips and restraints, we'll provide full training and certifications!

\n

• A passion for safety and a desire to make sure little ones travel securely.

\n

• A friendly, approachable attitude, and the ability to break down technical details into simple, understandable advice.

\n

• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn!

\n

What Will You Be Doing?

\n

Installation Wizard:

\n

• Safely install car seats with expert precision in customer vehicles, following Baby Bunting's Installation Principles.

\n

Customer Service Excellence:

\n

• Be the face of Baby Bunting by welcoming families with a big smile and answering all their car seat safety questions (because, let's face it, parents always have questions).

\n

• Show customers just how easy and important it is to get those car seats installed correctly!

\n

Safety Expert:

\n

• Educate parents on the do's and don'ts of car seat use - you'll be their go-to person for peace of mind.

\n

• Stay up-to-date with the latest safety regulations and car seat guidelines, ensuring all installations meet the highest safety standards.

\n

Store Support Superstar:

\n

• Help with other in-store tasks like inventory, product demonstrations, and sharing your child safety knowledge with the team.

\n
