Five Star Factory Direct Footscray is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Christmas Casuals to join our team during the busy holiday trading season.
As part of the Global Retail Brands family, Five Star Factory Direct offers customers exceptional value on quality cookware, kitchenware, homewares, and everyday essentials from leading brands. If you enjoy helping customers, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love providing great service, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Christmas Casual, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers with product selection and enquiries
- Process sales through our point-of-sale system
- Replenish stock and maintain store presentation
- Support merchandising and promotional displays
- Assist with stock receipt and replenishment
- Work collaboratively with the team during peak trading periods
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A hands-on approach and willingness to work in a busy retail environment
- A reliable and flexible approach to work
- Availability across weekends, public holidays, and late-night trading
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
