Job description

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional and consistent customer service, including assisting customers with consignment and delivery tracking.
  • Process customer orders and complete day-to-day sales administration accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Proactively manage backorders and follow up outstanding invoices.
  • Monitor open orders and make adjustments as required.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to support the achievement of sales targets.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Assist with general administration and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure customer and order information is kept up to date.

About you

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in sales administration, customer service, order processing or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a practical, lateral-thinking approach.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and reliable approach to your work.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • A positive, productive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Confidence in dealing with customers and internal stakeholders.
