Join HUB24 as a Senior Product Manager, Retirement Solutions and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of retirement solutions for our advisers and members. We're looking for a retirement product specialist with deep expertise in retirement income products, annuities, lifetime pension products and retirement regulations to help drive one of the most exciting and strategically important areas of our business.

As we continue to expand our retirement offering, including the development of our Lifetime Pension proposition, you'll lead the ongoing management, governance and enhancement of our retirement product portfolio while influencing the design of innovative solutions that deliver better retirement outcomes.

Partnering closely with teams across Product, Technology, Legal, Risk, the Office of the Trustee and external providers, you'll bring a strategic mindset and strong industry expertise to navigate a complex regulatory landscape, drive continuous improvement and shape key product decisions. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact at one of Australia's leading wealth and platform providers.

What you'll be doing

• Own the ongoing management, governance and continuous improvement of HUB24's retirement product portfolio.
\n
• Support the delivery of the retirement product strategy and development of new retirement propositions, including Lifetime Pension solutions.
\n
• Partner with the Head of Product, Super and Retirement to support the Trustee's Retirement Income Strategy.
\n
• Provide subject matter expertise on retirement products, legislation, governance requirements and product operations.
\n
• Monitor and manage retirement-related incidents, issues and regulatory change initiatives.
\n
• Use customer insights, market intelligence and data to identify opportunities that improve adviser and member outcomes.
\n
• Drive innovation and enhancements across retirement products, services and member experiences.
\n
• Lead product governance activities, including reviews, approvals, change management and compliance obligations.
\n
• Define business rules and product requirements to support the delivery of product initiatives and enhancements.
\n
• Collaborate with Product Development, Technology and project teams to ensure successful implementation of product changes.
\n
• Build strong relationships with trustees, regulators, internal stakeholders and external partners.
\n
• Support partnerships with retirement solution providers and lifetime income specialists.
\n
• Contribute to product positioning, adviser communications, sales enablement activities and RFI/RFP responses.
\n
• Provide clear recommendations and influence strategic decision-making across the retirement value stream.

Experience & Skills

\n

• Strong experience in financial services, ideally across superannuation, retirement, wealth management or platform businesses.
\n
• Demonstrated experience working with retirement income solutions such as annuities, lifetime pension products or comparable retirement offerings, coupled with a strong understanding of the regulatory framework governing retirement products in Australia.
\n
• Demonstrated experience managing product governance frameworks, product reviews and regulatory change.
\n
• Strong understanding of retirement product operations, business rules and end-to-end member journeys.
\n
• Experience designing, developing or implementing retirement products, services or propositions.
\n
• Understanding of the financial advice landscape and how advisers support members through retirement.
\n
• Ability to translate complex legislation, regulatory requirements and market developments into practical product outcomes.
\n
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and strategic thinking skills.
\n
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility across diverse stakeholder groups.
