We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Claims Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in logistics, customer service, or supply chain operations who enjoys problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and making informed decisions.
As a Claims Administrator, you will be responsible for managing claims submitted by BMW dealers relating to freight, delivery, and product discrepancies. You will investigate claims, coordinate with internal teams and transport providers, assess supporting evidence, and communicate outcomes in a professional and timely manner.
