We are recruiting a capable and energetic Hotel Manager for a long-term opportunity with an established hotel in NSW.This role suits someone who is comfortable getting out from behind the desk and taking a practical approach to managing the property. From assisting guests and coordinating staff to dealing with contractors and handling maintenance issues, no two days will be the same.

Key Responsibilities 10 Items

• Manage the daily running of the hotel
\n
• Provide direct assistance and support to guests
\n
• Coordinate employees, contractors and service providers
\n
• Manage communication with suppliers and external organisations
\n
• Respond quickly to operational problems
\n
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
\n
• Assist with minor maintenance and property issues
\n
• Troubleshoot problems and arrange repairs where necessary
\n
• Maintain a safe, organised and welcoming environment
\n
• Support the ongoing performance of the hotel
\n

Requirements & Eligibility 12 Criteria

• Strong communication skills in English
\n
• Previous management experience or proven management capability
\n
• Hospitality or accommodation industry experience is advantageous
\n
• A practical and hands-on approach
\n
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
\n
• Excellent problem-solving ability
\n
• Confidence working independently and making decisions
\n
• Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills are highly regarded
\n
• Ability to adapt to changing situations
\n
• Interest in developing a long-term career
\n
• Willingness to relocate within NSW
\n
