Our client is a successful Australian-owned design and hardware business with a strong reputation for quality products, loyal customers and a well-established brand. With a financially sound business, owned premises and an experienced team, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a key leadership position without the pressures of a large corporate environment.
This is a hands-on senior role with responsibility across sales, operations, people and customer relationships. Reporting closely to the owner, you will be the key sounding board, helping to keep the business moving forward while maintaining its strong foundations.
You will lead and support a diverse team across sales, customer service, warehouse and operations, while working closely with customers, suppliers and distribution partners across Australia and New Zealand.
This role will suit someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, solving problems, working with people and making things happen.
