Site Manager - Contract

A Melbourne-based commercial fit out and interiors contractor specialising in the delivery of workplace and health care projects is seeking an experienced and hands‑onSite Manager to their team on a short-term contract for an upcoming office fit out project in South-East Melbourne.

This is a great opportunity for a foreman who enjoys being leading from the front, and delivering high‑quality finishes in a fast‑paced commercial fit out environment.

Project Details

• Location: South-East Melbourne
• Duration: Approx. 6 weeks (once commenced)
• Work schedule: Monday- Friday and potential for someSaturday work (day shifts only)
• Project type: Office fit out

About the Role

You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site works
• Not afraid to get involved with works on site
• Coordinate trades and sequencing of works
• Ensure WHS compliance at all times
• Maintain program timelines and quality standards
• Liaise with project management and stakeholders

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial fit out / construction ideally on office fit outs
• Strong understanding of site safety and coordination
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work autonomously
• Trade background
