Christian Home Care and Disability Services is a fast-growing provider of NDIS services across Western Australia. We are seeking a proactive and experiencedOperations Managerto lead our operational team and drive service excellence as we continue to expand.

About the Role
\n
As Operations Manager, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our NDIS services. You'll ensure compliance, quality assurance, and team performance while maintaining a strong focus on participant outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
\n
Operational Leadership
\n
Manage daily operations and service delivery across NDIS programs.
\n
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
\n
Monitor KPIs and service targets, identifying areas for improvement.
\n
Liaise with external stakeholders including the NDIS Commission and auditors.
\n
Team Management
\n
Lead and support a multidisciplinary team including Support Coordinators, Rostering Officers, and Disability Support Workers.
\n
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
\n
Promote a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
\n
Compliance & Quality Assurance
\n
Ensure adherence to NDIS Practice Standards and relevant legislation.
\n
Prepare for audits, manage incident reporting, and drive continuous improvement.
\n
Maintain accurate documentation and records.
\n
Participant Experience
\n
Oversee intake, onboarding, and service planning.
\n
Monitor participant satisfaction and resolve service issues.
\n
Ensure services align with participant goals and NDIS plans.
\n
Financial & Strategic Oversight
\n
Assist with budgeting, reporting, and resource allocation.
\n
Optimise rostering and scheduling for cost-efficiency.
\n
Contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives.
\n
About You
\n
Proven experience in an operations Manager or senior leadership role, ideally within NDIS or community services.
\n
Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and compliance requirements.
\n
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
\n
Proficiency with CRM or NDIS software platforms (e.g. Shiftcare, Nightingale, Brevity).
\n
Ability to manage competing priorities and make data-driven decisions.
\n
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Community Services, Disability, or related field.
\n
Experience in risk management, incident response, and quality assurance.
\n
Current First Aid, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check.
\n
Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) will be highly regarded.
\n
