Monadelphous is currently seeking experienced Mechanical and Structural Supervisors to join our Mackay Operations Team for upcoming shutdown work across the Bowen Basin. This is a great opportunity to be part of a high-performing team delivering critical maintenance and shutdown services across multiple sites.

You'll be working on various shutdown specific rosters with back-to-back shutdowns scheduled. The role involves leading mechanical crews on Dragline and Wash Plant projects, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.
