Our client has been operating for 30 years across Australia and New Zealand, a leader in the interior design industry. They manufacture all of their own products in Australia and pride themselves on quality and level of service to their customers.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
    • \n
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer expectations.
    • \n
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
    • \n
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • \n
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
    • \n
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation as required.
    • \n
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and share feedback with the team.
    • \n
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.
    • \n

Profile

\n

A successful Customer Service Officer should have:

\n

    \n
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
    • \n
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • \n
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce
    • \n
  • Exposure to Jet reports would be an advantage.
    • \n
  • A curious mindset and the ability to work through complex systems.
    • \n
  • Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
    • \n
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • \n
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a customer-centric mindset.
    • \n
