Site Supervisor

Workforce Extensions are partnering with a respected Victorian construction company to recruit an experienced Foreman for two kindergarten projects located in Bendigo.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded site leader who enjoys taking ownership of projects, coordinating trades and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

Backed by an experienced Construction Manager and strong office support team, you'll have the resources needed to successfully deliver both projects through to completion.

About the Role

Working across two kindergarten developments in Bendigo, your responsibilities will include:

• Driving project programmes and meeting critical milestones
• Managing daily site operations and construction activities
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and trades
• Monitoring project quality, compliance and safety standards
• Maintaining strong communication with project stakeholders
• Providing progress updates and reporting to the Construction Manager
• Identifying site issues and implementing practical solutions
• Participating in construction and project meetings
• Promoting a strong safety-first culture on site

About You

To be considered, you will ideally have:

• Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects valued up to $5M
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and managing project programmes
• Strong understanding of quality, compliance and safety requirements
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications
• Basic Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project skills

Required Qualifications

• Diploma/Cert IV in Building & Construction or Trade Qualification
• Construction White Card
• Full Victorian Driver's Licence

Additional qualifications such as First Aid, Working at Heights, Traffic Management, EWP, Forklift, Scaffolding or OH&S certifications will be highly regarded.
