As Store Manager of Prouds Sunnybank, you'll lead your own business, build a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving outstanding results. You'll have the opportunity to: Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing sales team. Coach your team to build authentic customer relationships and maximise every sales opportunity. Recruit, coach and develop future leaders while creating a positive, accountable culture where success is recognised and celebrated. Drive sales performance, profitability and key business outcomes through strong leadership, sound business and financial acumen, and a relentless focus on results. Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory, administration, rostering and loss prevention, using your strong planning, organisational and time management skills, to deliver consistently high standards. Who we're looking for We're looking for a commercially minded retail leader who enjoys developing people, making sound decisions and achieving results through their team. You'll bring: Proven success managing a retail store and consistently delivering outstanding results. Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to analyse performance and make sound commercial decisions. A passion for coaching, motivating and developing high-performing teams. A genuine love of selling and the ability to inspire others to achieve exceptional sales results. Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills. Confidence to solve problems, manage competing priorities and resolve conflict professionally and fairly. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build genuine relationships with customers and your team. A polished, professional leadership style with resilience, positivity and high standards.
