We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Busy Bees at Amberton Beach , on a full-time basis. You will play a key role in planning and delivering high-quality educational programs that support children's learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and engaging environment.

What you'll do

\n

\n
• Deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
\n
• Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child's development
\n
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
\n
• Collaborate with educators to maintain a positive and reflective team culture
\n
• Support the service to meet and exceed the National Quality Framework (NQF)
\n
• Contribute to curriculum planning, observations, and documentation
\n

What you'll bring

\n

\n
• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
\n
• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
\n
• Current Teacher Accreditation/Registration for [NSW, VIC, SA, WA] or ability to obtain
\n
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
\n
• Experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher within Australia is highly regarded
\n
• Current Working with Children Check for WA
\n
• A genuine passion for child-led learning and ongoing professional growth
\n
