About the Role:

We are seeking a versatile, high-energy Retail Associate to join the RISE Equipment team. This is a hands-on, end-to-end operational role where no two days are the same. You won't just be behind a counter—you will own every touchpoint of the customer journey across our physical store, web platform, and warehouse operations.

You will thrive in this role if you have:

A Customer-First Mindset:

You excel at serving in-store shoppers, managing phone and email inquiries, and preparing accurate B2B quotations with professionalism.

Hands-on Operational Drive:

You enjoy the physical, practical side of retail—locating, picking, packing, and dispatching orders, organising freight carriers, and processing incoming stock.

Sharp Administrative Skills:

You are comfortable keeping the business running smoothly by managing sales inboxes, entering new products into our system, managing vendor pricing, and assisting with stock forecasting.

Merchandising & Digital Flair:

You take pride in how our store looks, keeping displays sharp, helping maintain web store content, and contributing to social media posts and sales promotions.

Technical Product Knowledge:

You bring practical experience or familiarity with RISE Equipment products and enjoy matching the right technical gear to the customer's needs. If you don't know all of our products, that’s ok, because you are really keen to learn them.

Strong Organisational Chops:

You are a natural multitasker with high attention to detail who thrives in a dynamic environment where stock control and order fulfilment must be flawless.

(Bonus points if you hold a Forklift licence, Certificate III in Retail, or have background experience with e-commerce systems and technical/speciality retail environments!)
