This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.As a Credit Officer, you will:* Conduct customer account reviews and maintenance for assigned customers along with contacting assigned customers to discuss overdue accounts & follow up regarding overdue outstanding accounts* Resolve disputed transactions with customers within target timeframe and engage relevant stakeholders* Review and release held orders and approve trading limits within authorised level* Complete and return all reports to the Credit Team Leader* Respond to customer and stakeholder email and telephone enquiries.* Complete administrative activities including banking, processing of refunds, customer account maintenance, credit applications.**Who are we and why work with us?**Hastings Deering is proud to be one of the top 5 Caterpillar dealerships globally.
